Q: When will I receive my items?
A: We process and ship all orders from our facility within 0-3 business days. Once shipped, you can expect the following delivery times:

  • United States: 5-8 business days.

  • European Union: 10-15 business days.
    You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way. Please note that international deliveries may be subject to customs delays, which are beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We currently ship to the United States and the European Union.

Q: I chose the wrong item by mistake. Can you swap my product?
A: Please contact us immediately at info@airily.site if you realize you've made an error. If your order has not yet entered the processing stage (within 24 hours), we can often correct it. As we strive to fulfill orders quickly, we cannot guarantee changes after this window.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: You may change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation.

Q: Is my payment secure?
